Benjamin H. Klein
As an Associate Attorney, Benjamin Klein focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on corporate disputes and matters involving commercial transactions and business contracts. Benjamin has experience representing industry leaders in a diversity of fields, including banking, energy trading, cable services, and staffing services, among others. He has represented large multinational companies in high-profile matters which have involved aspects of civil litigation, securities litigation, and internal investigations. Prior to joining Shlansky & Co., LLP, Benjamin was an associate at a large New York City law firm, and, prior to that, a Law Clerk for Judge Bruce W. Kauffman of the United States Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Benjamin is a licensed pilot and has in-depth knowledge of avionics-related matters. He also is the founder of an adventure travel company offering group trips to Central and South America. He received his B.S. from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Contributing Editor for the Michigan Law Review.
